which file formats are accepted for upload?

only .jpeg and .png files are accepted by our server. currently we are unable to process most filenames with special characters. in case of persistent errors, you can send your file with username, title and description to support@useabrand.com - it will be put into the contest and the error investigated. 

can i change or delete my design once it has been entered for voting?

this function is not yet implemented. in the meanwhile please contact support@useabrand.com 

is there a recommended picture size or resolution?

the format 4:3 (taller than wide) is the best format to use. other formats will be cropped which could cause some of your design to be rendered invisible to voters. the best pixel measurements are width 370px and height 527px

why can’t i send any pictures in landscape format?

uploaded images will be automatically scaled to the preferred pixel dimensions by the server in order to fit the general layout of the website.

the image i wish to upload is to big to be accepted. 
what can i do?

files over 250 kb cannot be uploaded onto the server. please attempt to reduce the file size using a image processing program by reducing the pixel dimensions or the jpeg quality settings.
