delivery

we are currently offering free delivery within the european union,
there is no minimum order value.
delivery costs outside the eu are 25 euros.

packages are sent via hermes,
delivery time within the eu is 2-3 days after we have received your payment.

returns

making a return is very easy,
we refund any items returned to us in unworn condition within 14 days of receipt.
refunds are credited to the original method of payment, the customer bears the return costs.

currently there are two options for making a return:

1. By Post. All items purchased can be sent back to us
2. To Store. Customers in Vienna can return items to the Store in Zollergasse 15, 1070 Vienna.
